– When booking your flight, it is important to check the flight number and the allocated time.

– Don’t worry if your flight is delayed, the driver is monitoring your flight and knows when you are due to land.

– After your plane lands at Václav Havel Airport, turn on your mobile phone. The driver will contact you and after collecting your luggage, our driver will be waiting for you with a sign.

– After the trip, you will receive a tax receipt from the driver.

Meeting Point

Terminal 1

We provide a „Meet“ service for all arrivals at the airport. The driver will park his vehicle and meet the passenger’s name badge in the arrival hall of Terminal 1 in front of the Mattoni Bar. Please turn on your phone after the flight to facilitate communication. If you have any problems or delays with customs or luggage, please call the driver as soon as possible.

Terminal 2
