How do I find out the price of transport?

On our website you will find a form where you fill in the date and time of departure, place of collection, destination. After sending the form, you will see an offer according to the vehicle category from a standard passenger car to a minibus for up to 14 people.

Are your prices according to the taximeter, or do you have fixed prices?
Our prices are fixed and you always know the price for transport before creating the order. Our prices are final and you will no longer be charged any other fees. The price does not include changes that you agree with the driver, for example if you want to change the route.
I sent the order, is the order valid immediately?

The order you submit is in processing and has not yet been confirmed. Our dispatcher will check the order and then confirm it by email. At this point, your car is ordered.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you cancel your trip up to 2 hours before your departure time, it is free. After that, we will charge 100% cancellation fee. Here

What if the plane is delayed?
You fill in the flight number in the order and we monitor this flight before your arrival, so the driver has information about the current arrival and will be waiting for you. You do not pay any waiting. Let us know if you do not board the plane or the flight is canceled.
How do I know the driver who is to pick me up?

The driver will be waiting in the arrival hall with a sign with your name on it. See pickup locations

Is it possible to pay by driver card?

Most of our cars are equipped with a payment terminal. In the order, choose that you want to pay by card to the driver.

Is it possible to pay in a currency other than Czech crowns?

This option is possible in euros and US dollars, the driver will inform you based on the current exchange rate.

Are your vehicles safe?

Our cars are regularly serviced in authorized services. Most of our cars are up to 5 years old.

How long will the driver wait for me if I have my luggage lost?

You should inform us as soon as possible by using the phone and that you have arrived at the airport. The driver will wait up to a maximum of 1 hour after the flight arrival time. If it is a Transfer from a railway station, the waiting time is 30 minutes after the arrival time of the train.

Can you pick me up also at night or early in the morning?

Yes we can. The pick up time is only up to you. Please make sure that you put the correct time while making the reservation.

Do you provide child-seats?

Child seat is provided free of charge. A child’s age must be notified in advance when you make your reservation.
